Henry’s Townhouse offers six decadent bedrooms, inspiring reception spaces and a small yet attentive team of staff, making it the perfect intimate and sophisticated bolthole in central London.

The neighbourhood is known for its beautiful Georgian homes and trendy independent shops and cafes. Nestled between the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street and Regents Park there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Interiors have been inspired by Jane Austen’s favourite brother, Henry, who lived at this address in the 18th Century.

Every bedroom features its own interior style with beautiful fabrics, an abundance of diverse artworks and antique furniture. This is combined with the finest functional modern amenities including air con, Dyson Hairdryers, coffee machines, luxury tea selections, a complimentary mini bar filled with Press Smoothies and a curated selection of its favourite British artisan spirits.

For those that want to enjoy breakfast in the nostalgia of a panelled Georgian inspired kitchen and dining room there is M. Halavant’s Pantry. Guests can enjoy Henry’s breakfast, made with organic British produce when possible, each morning at the refectory table. It is also the idea place where guests can hold meetings and working lunches.

By night and on request it can be transformed with floral displays and candlelight, setting the scene for beautiful private dinners, celebrations or relaxed family meals after a long day exploring.

Its largest reception room, Jane’s Reading Room, pays homage to Jane Austen herself.  The airy space with large Georgian windows is just the place to enjoy morning tea, an evening aperitif of English Cuvee or simply relax with a book.

There is also Henry’s Drawing Room, The Carriage Snug and The Terrace for anyone looking to relax in the opulent surroundings.

The house can also be hired for short and long exclusive stays.
